ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುಂದುಕೊರತೆ/ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡು ಪಡಿತರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
