Focus is on the water supply to two slums and the two sub divisions in which these slums are located. And analysing the effectiveness of Water Adalats.

It is also working towards developing a pro-poor policy on water in the city through RTI tool. It is also trying to bring in transparency and accountability in BWSSB functioning through the tool of RTI.

And it is tracking the ‘Slum Development Component’ of Rs.3384 Crores JICA project of BWSSB, where 362 slums are to be provided with piped water connections.
