Ramaiah Webinar on Crisis Governance during COVID-19 Pandemic in Karnataka is a free-flowing, structured panel discussion on public-private-community model of crisis governance experimented by Department of Information and Public Relations (Government of Karnataka) during the Covid-19 lockdown to manage the emerging uncertainties. The discussion aims to understand and assess the model for its future replication and reinforcement, and to formulate a roadmap for research and policy on crisis governance in Karnataka and India.
