Awareness program on GRM process to the Nirmala Jyothi CDS

06.07.2010, Community Hall, near social welfare department,

Cholanayakana Halli, Hebbala, Bangalore.

Objective

• To give awareness about GRM process to the CDS members.
• To collect their written grievances related to SJSRY.

Outcomes/Decisions

· Gave awareness to all.

· Told them to stand by their written grievances.

· Members agreed to stand by their written grievances.

· They expressed so many grievances and we collected 27 grievances.

· They were told to collect some other grievances from individuals.

And we assured that.

Key observations

1. Community not aware of the GRM and they didn’t know how to take

grievances to the higher officials.

2. They were waiting for this type of platform to express their problems.
