100 Suggestions on Ward Committee Act and Rules for submission to UD and BBMP-19.10.13

The above suggestion were recently shared with the Chief Minister with regard to CIVIC’s recommendations for the new BBMP Bill. These suggestions primarily concern the funds, functions and functionaries for Ward Committees and Area Sabhas.
