CIVIC raised the following issues with the Chief Secretary
(1) Inconvenience being caused to citizens in obtaining income certificates
(2) Suggestion to issue ‘household income certificate’ to a family instead of in individual
member’s name
(3) Unrealistic poverty line being followed in Karnataka
